1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 1jj6 ("1jj6," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1jj6 website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services including sports betting, casino games, slots, keno, and any other gaming products made available through the platform.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 1jj6 is required to verify the identity of account holders prior to processing withdrawals and may also require verification at other stages. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1jj6. Where multiple accounts are found to be held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device identifier, payment method, or IP address — all accounts may be closed, and any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1jj6 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20 where available. 1jj6 may update the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 1jj6 account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 1jj6 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which 1jj6 accepts no responsibility.

Where suspicious activity is identified, 1jj6 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing, request additional documentation, and where warranted, close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All sports bets placed on 1jj6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as displayed on the platform at the time of bet placement. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, bilateral series, Test matches, and T20 internationals — are governed by the rules displayed in the respective market. 1jj6 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in odds, technical malfunctions, or the occurrence of events that render a market unsettleable under its stated rules.

In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and the live state of the event at the time the bet is registered in the system. Network delays between the live event and the platform interface mean that bets may be accepted or rejected based on the state of play at the time of server registration, not the time of user submission. 1jj6 is not responsible for any discrepancy arising from such delays.

Casino games: All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, keno, and any digital table games — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game. By entering a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules. Outcomes in digital games are determined by certified random number generators. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by the physical results of the relevant game equipment operated by professional dealers in live studio environments.

Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 1jj6 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and restore the account to its pre-malfunction state where possible. 1jj6 will not be liable for any losses or claimed winnings arising from a malfunction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1jj6 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 1jj6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of promotional abuse, multiple account usage, arbitrage betting, or any other behaviour that 1jj6 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts, household members' accounts, or any other method to claim a promotion multiple times is considered abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jj6 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether directly or through a third party.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 1jj6 operates. In the event of any dispute between you and 1jj6, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1jj6 support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with 1jj6's dispute resolution procedure, the details of which are available upon request.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending arbitration.
